UNDATED - Temperatures outside are starting to warm-up, and city officials worry residents will let their guard down against freezing water lines.

The Sauk Rapids Public Utilities Director Pete Eckhoff says they had three more calls for frozen water lines today (Monday).

In St. Cloud there were 27 new calls for frozen water lines just today (Monday).

City officials say with the warmer air temperatures, the frost is actually going to go deeper into the ground, which means we are not out of the woods yet.

Residents in all area cities are advised to continue to let the water run in at least one faucet in your home until you've been given the all clear, which could be up to another month.
