The St. Cloud Rox lost 7-0 at Minot against the Hot Tots Wednesday night. Minot scored 2 runs in the 2nd inning and added 5 runs in the 5th inning. St. Cloud managed 6 hits for the game with Haiden Hunt and Jackson Hauge each posting 2.

The St. Cloud Rox won 11-4 at Minot Tuesday night to move into sole possession of 1st place in the 2nd half Great Plains West Division. The Rox win coupled with a Willmar loss gives the Rox a 1 game lead on both Willmar and Mankato in the Great Plains West Division.

The St. Cloud Rox improved to 8-4 in the 2nd half of the season after posting a 12-5 win in Duluth against the Huskies Sunday. The Rox scored 5 runs in the 4th inning and 4 more in the 5th inning to take a 12-2 lead.

The St. Cloud Rox have been joined by the Mankato Moon Dogs in 1st place in the 2nd half Great Plains West Division standings after Mankato beat the Rox 5-2 Thursday night.

The St. Cloud Rox held off Willmar to win 8-7 at home Tuesday night. The Rox surged to a 6-1 lead in the 4th inning. The Stingers scored 3 runs in the 5th inning, St. Cloud came back with single runs in the 6th and 7th innings before Willmar scored 3 runs in the 8th inning.

Two St. Cloud Rox players and 2 Gopher baseball players have been taken in the MLB draft. The former Rox players include infielder Brice Mathews who was taken by the Houston Astros with the 28th overall pick.

The St. Cloud Rox lost 16-2 at Willmar Monday night. The Rox took a 2-0 lead in the 1st inning when Michael McNamara hit a 2-run home run. The Stingers scored 16 unanswered runs to run away with the win.

The St. Cloud Rox improved to 5-1 in the 2nd half of the season with a 10-3 win over the Larks in Bismarck Sunday. St. Cloud scored 2 runs in the 4th inning, 4 runs in the 6th inning and single runs in the 2nd, 5th, 7th and 9th innings.

The Rox trailed 2-0 for much of the game but chipped away with single runs in the 6th, 7th and 8th innings to overtake La Crosse at Joe Faber Field Thursday night. The win is the 4th straight for the Rox and moves their record to 19-11.
