5th Avenue Reopens in Downtown St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- Fifth Avenue in downtown St. Cloud is open again.

The St. Cloud Public Services Department says the block between 1st Street South and West St. Germain Street opened Monday morning.

It had been closed since a fire destroyed the Press Bar on February 17th.
