SUPERAMERICA ROBBERY -- Police have arrested a 22-year-old Sartell man following an armed robbery at a Waite Park convenience store. Police arrested Dylan Odegard in a car matching one witnesses saw leaving the scene -- the SuperAmerica 3rd Street Northeast -- Tuesday evening. Police say the robber had a handgun and threatened a store worker and customer, but no one was hurt.

 

DRUG BUST -- Four people, jailed, after a north St. Cloud drug bust Tuesday. Marijuana, heroin, narcotic pain meds and cash. A child was also at the home in the 3-thousand block of 7th Street North.

 

RASSIER LAWSUIT -- A St. Joseph man -- wrongly named as a person-of-interest in the Jacob Wetterling abduction -- is now SUING authorities for more than $2-million dollars. Dan Rassier -- whose farm is right by where the boy was taken in 1989 -- filed the federal lawsuit today.

 

DADY SEARCH -- Police have searched the Mississippi River for two days. And still no new clues into the disappearance of 21-year-old St. Cloud State student Jesse Dady from near downtown St. Cloud. A bloodhound earlier tracked Dady's scent to the riverbank.

 

SENIOR APARTMENTS -- Luxury, senior living apartment options are coming to Cold Spring. Developers could break ground on the 50-unit, 55-and-older complex this summer. It could open by the fall of 2018.

 

SCHOOL OF ROCK -- AND applications open Saturday for the new Bobby Vee Scholarship at the Wirth Center's summer music camp, "School of Rock." Vee's family created the scholarship to help young, would-be rockers.
