Waterloo Whomps Rox To Earn Weekend Sweep

The Waterloo Bucks pulled away for a 12-2 win with an eight-run sixth inning against the St. Cloud Rox at Joe Faber Field. The Rox fall to 4-6 with the loss.

The Bucks jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first inning on three hits and two Rox errors, and lead 4-0 heading into the sixth.

Tim Colwell had three hits for the Rox and Adam Martin had a single for the only St. Cloud hits.

The Rox are in Rochester for a pair of games, then will head to Canada for a three game set with Thunder Bay.
