UPDATE: Sex Offender Not Moving to Stearns County

ST. CLOUD -- Sheriff John Sanner says level three sex offender Cyrus Kulp is no longer moving to Stearns County.

Earlier this week we told you that the 73-year-old Kulp was intending to move to a location in Raymond Township.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says they are canceling the informational meeting that was scheduled for Monday.

Sanner says that Kulp is now planning to move to Hennepin County.
