Two Vehicle Crash on Highway 10 in St. Cloud Leaves One Hurt
ST. CLOUD -- One man is hurt after being rear-ended while trying to merge onto Highway 23 from Highway 10 in St. Cloud.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened Thursday around 3:15 p.m.
Fifty-three-year-old Scott Ferragan of St. Cloud was heading north on Highway 10, stopped to merge onto Highway 23, and was rear-ended by a car driven by 22-year-old Robertson Kwia of St. Cloud.
Ferragan was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Kwia was not hurt.
