Todd County Sheriff’s Officials Alerted Of Phone Scam

OSAKIS -- The Todd County Sheriff's Department was alerted of a possible phone scam in Osakis last Thursday.

Deputies say a resident was contacted by someone who tried to get credit card information from them.

Authorities advise you against giving out any personal information including bank account and credit card account information.

If you think you may be a victim of a phone scam you're asked to contact your local law enforcement officials.
