ST. CLOUD - Today (Tuesday) is our warmest day in several years.  The official temperature at the St. Cloud Regional Airport hit 100 degrees at 3:00 p.m. this (Tuesday) afternoon.  That breaks the old record for this date, which was 96-degrees set in 2004.

This is also the first time we've hit the 100-degree mark in St. Cloud in since July of 2006.

According to the St. Cloud State Weather Summary, this is just the 59th time we've cracked the 100-degree temperature.  The last time was in July of 2006, and before that you have to go back to 1990.

Good news is just around the corner though, cooler weather is on the way for tomorrow. Check out the forecast.

We have a poll question about the heat on our WJON Facebook page. Do you like the heat, or are you looking forward to cooler temperatures.  Take our poll.
