Although it is still two months away, registration is open for an annual event in St. Cloud promoting health and wellness, and celebrating nature and sustainability.
This weekend was supposed to be the Earth Day Run weekend in downtown St. Cloud, however that has been postponed until Labor Day weekend due to the coronavirus.

Ove 2,000 people signed-up to run the Earth Day 5K -- 3.1 mile -- course in St. Cloud. It started on Veterans Bridge traveled down to the Munsinger Clemens Gardens and then came back and ended on 5th Avenue.
After 19 years of holding the event at St. Cloud State University, the weekend activities have been moved to downtown St. Cloud this year with a hope of getting more community members engaged.
The plans for the 20th annual Earth Day Run continue to take shape with a new location in downtown St. Cloud. Race Director Evin Haukos says the recently announced route for the half-marathon is something that took a lot of time to create.
