Stearns County Bridge Construction to Prompt Detour

SAUK CENTRE -- The construction of a new bridge near Sauk Centre will detour traffic for a few weeks starting tomorrow (Tuesday).

The Stearns County Highway Department will close the bridge at County Road 182 over Silver Creek in Ashley Township. The bridge will be closed for about two weeks while the new bridge is built.

A detour will be set up that will take drivers along County Road 183 to Highway 28 and over to County Road 189.
