ST. CLOUD -- You can choose from sweet or savory, at a restaurant dedicated entirely to waffles, Waffle-It, now has a new home.

"The restaurant we were in had about four or five different restaurants in it over the years and the space was not ideal for us." -Chris Botz

Waffle-It's new spot is now open in Centennial Plaza. Owner Chris Botz says because someone else was interested in the space he was able to move Waffle-It.

"With the help of our landlord coordinating it all and getting it put together, it just worked out well."

The new restaurant still has an open kitchen, Botz says this was a must have.

"People will be able to see what we are doing and especially kids, they like to see the cooking happen."

Along with a larger storage area and open kitchen, the new spot also has more room for waffle lover.

"We can seat about 25 more people than we could seat at the other [location] which will help us out on the weekends. Saturdays and Sundays we fill up really good and we were running out of table space [in the former spot]."

With the larger space, Waffle-It is looking to hire more employees. Botz says to apply, just stop in the restaurant.
