St. Cloud Woman Taken to Emergency Room After Being Hit By Car

ST. CLOUD - A St. Cloud woman was taken to the emergency room after being hit by a car on Saturday.

The incident happened at about 9:45 p.m. Police say 25-year-old Hayley Rieck from St. Cloud was running across Highway 23 near Washington Memorial Drive outside of the crosswalk when she was hit by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Cassandra Beckler from St. Cloud.

Rieck was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Room to be treated for possible life threatening injuries. Beckler was released at the scene and isn't facing charges.
