St. Cloud Man Sentenced to Federal Prison on Gun Charges
MINNEAPOLIS -- A federal judge in Minneapolis has sentenced a 30-year-old St. Cloud man to 15 years in prison for being a felon in possession of a handgun.
Aaron Moreno pleaded guilty in August of brandishing a pistol to get inside a St. Cloud home in October 2010.
Because he has three or more felony convictions he was prosecuted as an armed career criminal.
He has prior felonies including terroristic threats, third-degree burglary, third degree assault and second-degree burglary.
