St. Cloud Man Arrested In Connection to Shooting Investigation [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man was arrested last (Wednesday) night in connection to yesterday's shooting in north St. Cloud.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says 18-year-old Nathaniel Smith was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. at 216 Riverside Avenue South in Sartell. Smith admitted to investigators he shot 21-year-old Antoine Fair.

Fair suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his head and neck and is currently in critical condition at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Smith is currently being held at the Stearns County Jail and faces charges of 1st degree assault and 2nd degree attempted murder.

The case is still under investigation.
