St. Cloud Crash Sends One to Hospital, Other Driver Cited

ST. CLOUD -- A two-car crash sent a St. Cloud woman to the hospital last (Wednesday) night.

Police were called to the intersection of 12th Street North at 33rd Street North just before 9:30 p.m. Officers say 20-year-old Hamze Jama Ibrahim was westbound on 12th Street and struck an oncoming car while trying to turn left onto 33rd.

The driver of the second car, 45-year-old Ronna Lowe was taken by ambulance to the hospital. It's believed Lowe suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash.

Ibrahim was cited for failing to yield right-of-way.
