Police Jail Man For Road Rage Incident Involving Gun
ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police have arrested a man after a road rage incident involving a gun.
The incident happened Wednesday shortly after 2:00 p.m. Police were called to the intersection of Veteran's Drive and 25th Ave North on a road rage complaint.
Fifty-Seven-year-old Duane Erwin was arrested after police say he had pointed a gun at the victim, a 28-year-old man. The victim admitted to tailgating and cutting off Erwin while they were traveling west on Veteran's drive.
Police say they found a 9mm handgun and marijuana in Erwin's vehicle. Erwin faces charges of 2nd degree assault, having an uncased firearm in a car, and possession of marijuana.
No one was hurt.
