Over 500 Residents Plunge Into Freezing Water For Special Olympics

The conditions were less than balmy, but the 2011 St. Cloud Polar Plunge was a huge success. Over 500 plungers raised more than $70,000 for the Special Olympics of Minnesota. WJON photographer Megan Honstrom was in attendance, snapping pictures before jumping in herself.
