Open House for Highway Interchange in Rice

RICE -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation is holding an open house for the upcoming Highway 10/Benton County Road 2 Interchange project.

The meeting will be Monday at Rice City hall from 4:30-6:30 p.m. You can arrive ay anytime during those hours. There will be copies of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet, MnDOT staff on hand to answer questions and layouts of the project.

The proposed project will replace the existing at-grade intersection with a grade-separated interchange including a bridge carrying traffic on County Road 2 over Highway 10.

The project is slated to begin next spring.
