Inventure Properties' Development Associate John Uphoff says they are looking to broaden the scope of medical offerings:

"We're just looking at determining an economic development strategy as, you know, how do we make sure we're developing something that makes sense for the neighborhood so to speak with the medical facilities already out there."

He says there is still some work to do before construction would start:

"And we're in the early stages with the City of Sartell just looking at the whole project from kind of a concept perspective so, you know, our goal here is to hopefully start construction before the end of the year."

Uphoff says they want to take what Minnesota already does well, the medical industry, and expand it to Sartell as part of Minnesota's Med Tech 3.0 Initiative.
