FARGO, N.D. -- Another college football game has been scheduled at Target Field, just a week after officials announced the St. John's Unviersity-St. Thomas University game to be played there next year.

North Dakota State University has announced they will play their season opener at Target Field in 2019 against Butler University.

NDSU has more than 12,000 alumni in the Twin Cities area and nearly 26,000 statewide.

NDSU Head Coach Chris Klieman said in a statement "Bison Nation is well represented in the Twin Cities. Having this opportunity will be exciting for our team to play in front of our fans in such an incredible venue. It will also aid us in recruiting, as Minneapolis-St. Paul is one of our most prominent recruiting areas."

Ticket information will be available at a later date.
