MnDOT Starting Highway 15/Highway 10 Reconstruction Project

SARELL/SAUK RAPIDS - Expect some major delays in the north St. Cloud metro area starting next week.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is starting a big reconstruction project on Highway 15 and Highway 10 on Monday.

The $18 million project will impact drivers on Highway 15 between Benton Drive and Highway 10, and Highway 10 between East St. Germain Street and Watab Road.

MnDOT Project Supervisor Tim Paul says the initial closures on Highway 15 next week will be intermittent. Then, starting next Friday, Highway 15 will be reduced to a single lane in each direction.

The project is expected take two summers, with a completion date of next July.
