Mary Ann (Sager) Gillette, age 79, of Princeton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, September 25, 2014. She was born on December 25, 1934 in Greenbush Township, MN the daughter of Gerald and Edna (Forschen) Sager. Mary Ann was united in marriage to Lloyd Gillette in July of 1952. They were happily married for 47 years.

Mary Ann loved her up North friends and Emily Lake where she was for the past 25 years. She also loved gardening, bird watching, fishing, the casino, and pull tabs. Mary Ann was talented at sewing, crocheting, and knitting. She was a longtime member of Freshwaters United Methodist Church and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Mary Ann is survived by her daughter, Jean (John) Taylor; sons Richard and Randall (Gena) Gillette; siblings, Henry (Sharon) Sager, Elaine (Delbert) Holland, Lorna (Carl) Burch, Gerald (Nancy) Sager, Caroline (Phillip) Bendickson, Richard (Karen) Sager, Howard (Joyce) Sager, Marge Olson, Bill Sager, Kim Sager and Martin (Joyce) Sager; grandchildren, David (Angie) Gillette, Jennifer Gillette, Steve (Christine) Gillette, Sunny (Steve) Shellito and Zach Taylor; great-grandchildren, Austin, Dalton, Jackson, Peyton, Dane, Hunter and Karson; special friend Rich Besser.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lloyd; brother Daniel Sager and sister Colleen Olson.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Freshwaters United Methodist Church in Princeton. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM Monday, September 29, at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton, as well as one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in Green Lake Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.
