James Alan Wolf of Princeton passed away at St. Cloud Hospital on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 with his family by his side. Jim was born on June 17, 1953 in Princeton, where he grew up, married, and raised his family. Jim loved to be outdoors. He spent his free time hunting and fishing with his friends and his sons, doing yard work, riding his motorcycle, and playing at the park with his grandkids. Jim was a hard worker who developed many friendships from his years working at Qwest Phone Company, and more recently Distinctive Door Designs in Princeton. His sweet tooth often got him in trouble with his daughters, but his grandchildren will cherish the memories of 'secret' candy stashes and trips to the ice cream shop. Jim enjoyed a variety of sports, but none more so than hockey. He loved cheering on his sons with our hockey families. Jim leaves behind the family he raised, the family he was raised with, and the family born from his friendships. He will be deeply missed by all.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Alice Wolf (Princeton).

Jim is survived by his sons Matt (Jessica) Wolf and Andrew Wolf; daughters Heather (Eric) Gavic and Allison (Scott) Ruzek; former wife Julie Wolf; sisters Judith Steeves, Lois (Greg) Peterson; brother Robert Wolf; and grandchildren, Izak, Lydia, Bryce, and Gavin.

Visitation will be held from 4-7PM Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton. A Funeral Service will begin at 7PM on Thursday. Interment will be in St. Edward’s Catholic Cemetery in Princeton on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11AM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.
