Fargo Murder Suspect Arrested in St. Cloud [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have arrested a Fargo man wanted for the stabbing death of his wife.

Forty-nine year old Henry Deniger senior was the target of a nationwide search after 52-year-old Kathy Deniger's body was found in the couple's Fargo apartment Tuesday afternoon.  She may have been dead since last week.

Police Lieutenant Joel Vettel says Deniger was tracked to St. Cloud in part by his credit card charges, right down to the restaurant where he ate last (Wednesday) night.

Vettel says Deniger offered no resistance when police moved in on him in the restaurant's parking lot around 7:00 p.m.

He's facing a murder charge and is being held in the Stearns County Jail, pending extradition to North Dakota.
