Eileen M. Ballman, age 80, Northfield, MN formerly of St. Cloud, MN died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Reflections Care Suites of Three Links Care Center, Northfield, MN.

Memorial service will be Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.

Eileen was born July 10, 1934 in St. Martin, MN to Mathias “Matt” & Rose (Hoppe) Garding. She married John A. Ballman on May 13, 1959 in St. Martin, MN. Eileen was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN.

She is survived by children, David (Brenda) Ballman of Sartell, MN; Allen (Christine McDonald) Ballman of Cleveland, OH; Karla Ballman of Northfield, MN; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; brothers and sisters; Marcellus (Mary Lou) Garding of Paynesville, MN; Mary Ann Birr of St. Cloud, MN; Julietta Garding of St. Cloud, MN; Delores Zierden of Avon, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John on June 16, 1981; one sister, Veronica Stern; one brother, Celestine Garding and three infant brothers and sisters.

Memorials are preferred to Poor Clares Monastery, Sauk Rapids.
