Despite the Weather, Big Crowds Turn-Out for Train Show, MS-Walk
How about this global warming thing, huh?
Despite the snow and sleet and cold and wind, lots of you came out to view the trains in the National Guard Armory during the Granite City Trainshow.
The unofficial numbers at 1 PM on Saturday were 1,000.
And then came Saturday night into Sunday morning, when everything weather-wise took a turn for the worse!
Still, people came out in droves to help win the fight against Multiple Sclerosis, to the tune of raising $85,650!
Again, proof positive that this community really cares and helps those that need it the most.
THANK YOU!
