Dead Body Found in Quarry Park

WAITE PARK -- The body of an adult male was found at Quarry Park and Nature Reserve in Waite Park Sunday morning.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says they received a report just before 11:00 a.m. of a body floating in a quarry.

Sheriff John Sanner says foul play is not suspected at this time.

The remains have been sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's office to be identified.

More information will be released once the body is identified.
