Capmark Financial To Buy Bluestem Brands

UNDATED - Bluestem Brands - formerly Fingerhut - has been sold. Capmark Financial Group has announced they'll buy the online retailer for about $565 million.

Bluestem's Chief Executive Officer Steve Nave will become the CEO of Capmark Financial Group.

Bluestem will remain headquartered in Eden Prairie. They also have a large operation here in St. Cloud.

Capmark is headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
