BAUDETTE, Minn. (AP) - Authorities confirm that a body recovered from Lake of the Woods near the Canadian border is that of a third boater from Minnesota who went missing last October.

Ontario Provincial Police said Wednesday the body has been identified as that of 28-year-old Keith Ayers of Baudette.

Officers responded Tuesday evening to a report of a body found on the shoreline of Powder Island.

The bodies of two other men, Justin Haugtvedt and Cody Ostendorf, were found shortly after their boat capsized on Lake of the Woods. The three men were last seen leaving Sunset Lodge on Oak Island on Oct. 2.

Their 16-foot boat was found capsized near Flag Island the next day.
