ST. CLOUD - One-hundred World War II veterans are leaving Central Minnesota for Washington, D.C. tomorrow (Tuesday).

They're part of the Honor Flight, a one-day trip to visit the Wold War II Memorial and other historic sites.  They'll be accompanied by 53 guardians who will assist them.

The Honor Flight Network is a national non-profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all their sacrifices.  The trip is also made possible with the help of St. Cloud-based Freedom Flight, and Coborn's Incorporated.
