Winter Parking Rules Set to Expire

ST. CLOUD -- The end of March means winter is being left behind. But, it also means a break for motorists who use on-street parking in the six area cities.

Winter parking rules expire tomorrow (Friday).

It means St. Cloud residents can again park on either side of the street unless regulated by parking signs. It also means the no overnight parking restrictions will be lifted in Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park, St. Augusta and St. Joseph too.
