Three Arrested for Selling Prescription Drugs in Todd County

TODD COUNTY - The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force and the Todd County Sheriff's Office arrested three people in Todd County yesterday for allegedly selling prescription medication.

Joshua Hayes of Browerville was arrested for one count of first degree sales and four counts of second degree sales of a controlled substance. Hayes was allegedly selling Vicodin tablets.

Jane Mudder of Browerville was arrested for one count of second degree sales and six counts of third degree sales of a controlled substance. Mudder allegedly sold Percocet tablets and Fentanyl Patches.

Michelle Wolf of Eagle Bend was arrested for three counts of third degree sales of a controlled substance and one count of child endangerment. Wolf allegedly sold Adderall tablets.

The arrests were the result of a four month investigation conducted by the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force. All three were arrested without incident and are being held in the Todd County Detention Center.
