A report shows the number of people in Minnesota arrested for driving while impaired is growing, partly due to people driving with cannabis, opioids and methamphetamine in their system.

Three people were arrested early Wednesday morning after reports of threats being made to a clerk at a St. Cloud gas station. St. Cloud Police were called just after 2:45 a.m. to the Super America in the 700 block of East St. Germain after hearing reports of threats being made with a handgun.
