Storm Victims In Southern Minnesota Get Tax Extension
ST. PAUL (AP) — The Minnesota Department of Revenue says southern Minnesota residents who were affected by spring storms will have an extra few days to file their state income taxes.
Revenue Commissioner Myron Frans says individuals and business taxpayers in southern Minnesota now have until Friday to file their state taxes without penalty.
Frans says the deadline has not changed for federal returns. That deadline is still Monday, April 15.
