St. Cloud Seeking Grant to Expand River Bluffs Park

ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud is applying for a grant to help them grow the River Bluffs Regional Park along the Mississippi River.

The grant, worth $581,000, would come from the DNR's Regional Park Legacy Grant Program. It would be matched with $100,000 in City Development Funds to buy 35 acres of land adjacent to the park in south St. Cloud.

The total cost of the Campbell property is estimated at $681,000.
