St. Cloud Man Already Facing Charge of Interfering With Privacy
ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man arrested Tuesday for being a "Peeping Tom" and recording women inside their south St. Cloud homes, has been charged with the same crime just four weeks earlier.
According to the criminal complaint, 33-year-old Kevin Petroske was charged with one count of interfering with privacy from an August 3rd incident. Police were called to the 500 block of 6th Avenue South after a neighbor called to report a man looking into a bedroom window. An officer arrived and allegedly found Petroske staring into the window where a woman could be seen in a bath robe.
Petroske was arrested and released on bail.
Tuesday, officers arrested Petroske again. This time, police say they discovered as many as 25 videos of unsuspecting women on his phone.
Petroske's expected to make his first court appearance on the new charges Thursday.
