ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud has rescinded the snow emergency that was declared after Sunday's snowstorm.

The weather has cleared and the roads are clear of enough snow to allow the snow emergency to be canceled.

During a snow emergency, illegally parked cars are towed without warning.

The city is still compiling just how many vehicles were towed over the course of the 36 hour snow emergency.
