St. Ben’s Burns Out Against Bethel

ARDEN HILLS -- The College of St. Benedict Blazers basketball team fell 73-59 against the Bethel Royals on Saturday.

The Blazers kept it close until late in the game when a run by the Royals led to the 14-point decision.

Mattie Lueck led the Blazers with 15 points and Annie Dittberner added 13, but the Blazers struggled as a team to score - shooting less than 30 percent from the field.

The loss drops St. Ben's to 7-7 in the MIAC and 10-11 overall.
