St. Cloud State is celebrating graduate students with a ceremony tonight and will celebrate undergraduate ceremonies all day Friday starting at 8:30 a.m. St. Cloud State University President Dr. Robbyn Wacker joined me on WJON.

We're into the 3rd wild turkey hunting season and based on early harvest numbers Minnesota could see a new record. Glen Schmitt from Outdoor News joined me on WJON. He says as of Tuesday the Minnesota DNR are reporting 10,361 turkeys have been registered.

Sartell Police reported a vandalism at Watab Park earlier this week. Alicia Mages from Tri-County Crime Stoppers indicates Sartell Police have a juvenile suspect they believe is responsible for the crime.

Due to the value of the U.S. dollar St. Cloud State Economist King Banaian believes this could be a good time to travel overseas. Banaian joined me on WJON today. He says the U.S. dollar is about as strong as it's been in quite some time.

The Vikings traded up in the NFL draft last Thursday to select quarterback J.J. McCarthy. McCarthy wore #9 at Michigan and will wear #9 with the Vikings. He isn't the first Viking quarterback to wear that number.

Sartell Police are reporting vandalism at Watab Park. Mages says the bathrooms near the tennis courts were severely damaged. One of the bathrooms had the sinks pulled out from the wall and smashed onto the concrete floor.
