Sherburne Co. Deputies Arrest Alleged Burglar

BALDWIN TOWNSHIP - A Baldwin Township homeowner woke-up and found a burglar standing in his garage.

The Sherburne County Sheriff's Department says the man heard noises coming from his garage, when he went out to check it out he saw the stranger holding a weapon owned by the homeowner.  The suspect ran into a nearby wooded area.

Deputies were able to track down and arrest 29-year-old DeWayne Leese of Princeton.

The incident happened at about 7:15 a.m. this (Thursday) morning.
