Despite a recent announcement regarding around-the-clock parking fees at St. Cloud State University, there will not be a charge to park at Huskies football, basketball or hockey games next year on campus.

"For the upcoming 2016-17 year, we will continue as we have in the past with no parking charges for our home events for football, hockey and basketball.  The campus parking costs are factored into the price of the tickets," St. Cloud State Interim Director of Athletic Communications Tom Nelson said Friday

Nelson added that there is a 'preferred parking' area close to the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center that had a fee, but other lots are, and will continue to, be free for the games.
