United Way Marketing and Communications Manager Jessica Johnson says non-profit organizations rely a lot on volunteers.
Johnson says they have over 300 ways you can volunteer and you don't need a specific skill set to help out.
United Way is flexible when it comes to working around your schedules. Johnson says they encourage family volunteering.
Johnson says there is a lot of benefits to volunteering such as giving back to the community, meeting new people, and working on your resume.
