Medical Examiner Finishes Final Report in Tom Bearson Murder Investigation
MOORHEAD - The final autopsy report on Tom Bearson is finished. Moorhead Police Lieutenant Tory Jacobson says they have been given the report from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner.
Police investigators have started reviewing the report. They've tentatively scheduled a news conference on Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the basement of the Moorhead Law Enforcement Center to give an update on the case, and release the findings of the autopsy.
The North Dakota State University student went missing from the Fargo campus in September of last year. His body was found a few days later outside an RV camper dealer in Moorhead. His death has been ruled a homicide, but no one has been arrested in the case.
