Hundreds gathered at Sartell High School for the Hoopin' For Tommy B Night. Hosted by the Tom Bearson Foundation the event was held during the Sartell Boys Basketball game against Rocori tonight (Friday).
The Tom Bearson Foundation is holding an event on Friday night to raise money to help the community in memory of Tom. "Hoopin' For Tommy B Night" will take place during the Sartell boys basketball game against ROCORI at 6:00 p.m. at Sartell High School.
The investigation into the murder of Tom Bearson continues, one year after he was killed. This Sunday will mark the one-year anniversary of when he went missing in Fargo. His body was found three days later in Moorhead.
It was an uplifting day at Blackberry Ridge golf club in Sartell as over 300 people took part in the first-ever golf outing to benefit the Tom Bearson Foundation.
The inaugural "Tom Bearson Foundation" golf outing is this Saturday. Opening events start at 11:30 a.m. at Blackberry Ridge in Sartell. Tom's dad, Greg Bearson, says they're at capacity with over 300 golfers signed-up.
Several comments on social media has the Bearson family speaking up. A number of comments have been made on Facebook stating there are people refusing to work with the police that may provide some answers to Tom Bearson's death.
