Mayor Kleis Talks Diversity, the Mississippi River and More [AUDIO]

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis joined me for a radio town hall meeting today on WJON.  We talked about his recent meeting in Washington D.C. with the Mississippi River Mayors.  He discussed the importance of the river and why the group exists.  The Mayor also addressed St. Cloud's increasing diversity.  Listen to the conversation below.
