ST. PAUL (AP) — A jury will decide how much probation time a Twin Cities woman will receive for harassing her neighbors.

Lori Christensen of White Bear Lake was supposed to be sentenced in Ramsey County Wednesday to 10 years probation.

In July, Christensen had accepted a plea agreement for violating a restraining order that prevented her from contacting or harassing her neighbors Kim and Greg Hoffman.

But Christensen tried to withdraw that plea, arguing that she was coerced. That motion was denied.

A hearing with a jury will be held on Oct. 14 because the 10 years probation she would be sentenced to is more time than guidelines recommend.

The Hoffmans say they're disappointed that the case will go on for another month.
