Jennie-O Gives Out $11M in Bonuses to Employees

WILLMAR -- Christmas came early for employees of Jennie-O Turkey Store as the Willmar-based company is giving out a record 11-million dollars in bonuses.

The bonus comes as a result of the company's performance this past year.

All workers who were employed at the end of the company's fiscal year in October received over $1,850 on average while newly hired employees received $600.

Jennie-O's nearly 6,000 hourly and farm employees across Minnesota and Wisconsin received their bonuses this week.
