MN Business Devastated By Fire Looking At Reopening In April
A Santiago business is seeing some light at the end of a very long tunnel. Bailey Ray's Roadhouse posted to social media recently, and it was an update on what's next for the restaurant. The good news for fans of Bailey Ray's Roadhouse, it looks like it will be reopening.
Fire Devastated The Sherburne County Business
According to WJON, when emergency responders arrived, "flames [were] coming out of the roof". Thankfully, firefighters were able to put out the fire and keep the flames from spreading.
That was over the summer that the fire happened, and it's been a long road for the owners, Pat and Rebecca (or Becky) O'Brien, to get to where they are now. The O'Briens took over Bailey Ray's in 2023.
Opening In April?
According to a post from Bailey Ray's Roadhouse on social media, the construction work is starting to wrap up, and it seems like the business will be looking to open back up sometime in April.
Bailey Ray's posted on social media on Sunday that the April first date given was more of a goal than a concrete date. If you are interested in knowing when the business will be open, you should follow them on social media, here.
'It's Worth The Drive'
The restaurant's slogan is It's Worth The Drive and from online reviews, that has been true for a long time. The business is also known for its summertime volleyball league, as well as hosting other outdoor events.

Bailey Ray's Roadhouse is located at 2120 165th Ave SE, Princeton, MN 55377
