Fans of this Maple Grove eatery aren't going to like this news. Paulie's in Maple Grove announced this week that it will be opening up for the last time on February 23rd, and then closing up, for good at 3pm that same day. The relatively new restaurant opened to the public in 2023.

The restaurant made the tough announcement on Tuesday afternoon on social media.

To our beloved Paulie's family,

It's with heavy hearts that we regret to inform you that Paulie's in Maple Grove will be closing our doors for good on February 23rd at 3 PM.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and loyalty over the years. Your smiles, laughter, and cherished memories made Paulie's what it is today.

But this isn't a goodbye just yet! Stay tuned to our social media channels for exciting announcements, as we'll be running some amazing final specials over the next couple of weeks. Get ready for some great deals and let's make these last days at Paulie's unforgettable! We encourage you to bring in any unused gift cards or certificates and redeem them by Feb 23rd!

Personally, I'm kinda bummed about this news, as this was the place we often met up with friends and family for lunch or dinner, as it was in a convenient spot for people visiting the Twin Cities.

To me, Paulie's was that adult place where you could have a great meal.

It's a place that you'd walk in and you knew you were in for a treat. I always enjoyed their pasta with a glass of wine and good company, occasionally that glass of wine would be an Old Fashioned.
